Rare
1 line1 line, always rank C — the entry point into potential.
Equipment Potential
Enhancement raises base stats; potential sets the lines on your gear. The same weapon plays completely differently depending on its roll.
Overview
Enhancement (+0 to +15) raises base stats; potential gives gear its “lines.” Only rare-and-above gear can carry potential — rare / epic / legend hold 1 / 2 / 3 lines. The same weapon plays completely differently depending on what it rolls.
The legendary dagger on the right carries 3 potential lines; the [A] / [S] in front of each is that line’s rank — S is highest.
Tiers & Ranks
Tier sets how many lines you get and which ranks you can roll. Rank is the strength of a single line — S only appears on legendaries.
1 line, always rank C — the entry point into potential.
2 lines — 70% rank B, 30% rank C.
3 lines, mostly rank A, with a 20% shot at S — only legendaries can roll an S-rank line.
Tools
The blacksmith’s potential workbench puts the whole flow in four tabs: Grant (stamp), Identify (scroll), Re-roll (cube) and Bless (blessing cube).
Grants potential to gear with none; stamp tier = gear tier (rare / epic / legend = 1 / 2 / 3 lines).
Reveals unidentified lines — the actual stats and each line’s rank.
Re-rolls the whole set — new lines, new ranks. The core consumable for chasing a roll.
Locks one line you like and re-rolls only the rest.
Raises the lock from one line to two; must be used together with a Blessing Cube. Only legendary gear with three lines can use it.
Keeps both the before and after sets after a re-roll, and you pick which one to apply. A bad roll never costs you the old lines.
Rolls six new candidate lines and drops the gear's current lines into the same pool, then you choose which to keep (up to two copies of the same line). Keeping an old line just means picking it, so no locking item is needed.
Blessing
Roll a line you like (say [S]+4% ATK), mark it “retain,” and re-roll only the others — no more gambling away a good line to fix another. The cost is one extra blessing cube per attempt.
Affix Pool
Grouped by the gear types each line can appear on; values scale with gear level and rank.
How to Get
The entry points (identify scrolls, rare stamps) come from loot and gold; higher-tier materials lean toward diamonds. Every potential item is account-bound and non-tradable, keeping gold farmers and market cornering out.
The main gameplay source. Identify scrolls are common and rare stamps drop often; cubes and high-tier stamps are rarer.
Buy rare and epic stamps with gold on a weekly limit — the entry point is never locked behind diamonds.
Spend kingdom tokens at Kaldreth, Vaelisse and others for cubes, stamps and other staples.
Instant and convenient — you pay for volume and skipping RNG, not for exclusive power. Free players can grind the same rolls.
Patron Tier 3 and up get free Insight rerolls every day; you only buy cubes once the quota runs out.
Sold in the mall during limited windows, with a small amount included in patron supplies.
Enhancement stacks base stats, potential sets the flavor — two separate tracks layered together make a finished endgame weapon.
