Endless Adventure Online User Data Deletion Instructions
If you use Facebook Login for “Endless Adventure Online,” we may store your Facebook account identifier, display name, email address if provided by Facebook, and the necessary data used to create and manage your game account.
How to request deletion
If you would like to delete account data related to Facebook Login, please submit a request as follows:
- Please email: support [at] endless.tw
- Please use the subject line: “Delete Facebook Login Data”

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your game account name
- Your Facebook Login email address, if known
- A clear request that you want the data to be deleted
After we receive your request, we will verify account ownership and process the data deletion within a reasonable time. Once deletion is completed, the account-linking data associated with that Facebook Login identity can no longer be used to log in to the game.
Remove Facebook connection
If you only want to disconnect Facebook from this app, you may also go to Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find “Endless Adventure Online,” and remove the authorization.
Important notice
Deleting account data may prevent you from logging in to your original game account, and your characters, progress, items, or transaction records may not be recoverable. To prevent fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or to comply with legal obligations, we may retain certain records to the extent necessary.
