The Complete World Boss Guide: Schedule, Rewards and How to Join

All five world bosses are live: fixed spawn times, server-wide battles, contribution-based rewards. Here is the full schedule, the reward loop and how to join, even as a fresh character.

Endless Adventure Online world boss battlefield

Spawn schedule (UTC+8 server time)

Bosses climb from Lv 150 to Lv 350; higher levels mean harder fights and better rewards. All five spawn at 22:00 UTC+8; only the weekday differs. Countdown warnings run 30/10/5/1 minutes before each spawn, so you have time to travel over. HP is not fixed: it is computed at spawn from the number of eligible players online, tuned for a ~20-minute server-wide kill.

World boss Tier HP / Enrage Spawn time (UTC+8)
Devourer of Gods · Bone T1 · Lv 150 Auto-calibrated from recent fights · 25-min enrage Tue & Fri 22:00
Night Devourer · Xizor T2 · Lv 200 Auto-calibrated from recent fights · 30-min enrage Wed 22:00
Calamity Empress · Daphne T3 · Lv 250 Auto-calibrated from recent fights · 30-min enrage Thu 22:00
Calamity Lord · Lawrence T4 · Lv 300 Auto-calibrated from recent fights · 35-min enrage Sat 22:00
Void Monarch · Athazon T5 · Lv 350 Auto-calibrated from recent fights · 45-min enrage Sun 22:00

Void Monarch · Athazon is the top boss, spawning every Sunday evening with the highest difficulty and rewards. It closes out the weekly cycle.

How to join: no party, no sign-up, no level gate

World bosses are server-wide battles: show up on the battlefield and you are in the same fight as everyone else on the server. The boss level (Lv 150–350) is a strength label, not an entry requirement; low-level characters can join and still earn contribution.

  • Each boss spawns with a short invulnerable grace window, so late or still-loading players get a fair start.
  • Multiple countdown warnings run before each spawn; just follow the in-game notices.
  • Every boss has an enrage threshold (25–45 minutes): past it the boss doubles skill damage and halves cooldowns, but the damage it takes rises +10% per minute up to 3× — long fights get easier, and there is no kill deadline.
  • The kill opens a 180-second Damage Rush: crown, wings and core parts at 8%/10%/12% of the part HP pool; grade rewards are SSS 2 chests + 5 shards, S 1 chest + 3 shards, A 2 shards.

Rewards: three leaderboards, the Damage Rush and kill milestones

Rewards settle by personal contribution after the kill:

  • World-boss chests: everyone who joins gets one. Each chest guarantees silver, gold, world-boss tokens and that boss's soul shards, with a 0.8% chance of world-boss equipment and 0.08% of a complete Soul Core.
  • Leaderboard chests: damage, healing and tanking rank separately on the same bonus curve (rank 1 +4 chests, top 5 +2, top 10 +1). Healers and tanks place without changing their playstyle, and the first-kill guild gets +1 for every member.
  • Damage Rush grade: emptying the HP bar sends the boss into a retreat phase, and the bar then offers three extra part challenges (crown, wings and core) for a server-wide damage race. Breaking all three is an SSS; grade A already adds bonus shards for everyone, S and above adds chests, and SSS triggers the server auction.
  • Kill milestones: 3–5 successful kills per boss let you claim one off-hand weapon, ring or earring of that line, account-bound.

Shards and tokens then go further: forge a complete Soul Core for your main weapon, transcend the weapon up to stage 10, or roll the Fate Forge (all odds published in game). The full endgame line is on the world boss system page.

Practical tips

  • Don't just AFK: AoE, status effects and HP-phase mechanics are dense; manual movement and timing decide your survival and contribution.
  • Stock supplies: potions and food buffs before the fight; revive pacing counts too.
  • Pick your boss: farm Bone for tokens and materials while gearing up, then climb the tiers.
  • Fight with a guild: optional, but backup and revives get much smoother; see the guild system.

FAQ

World boss FAQ

When do world bosses spawn?

Every world boss spawns at 22:00 UTC+8 (server time); only the weekday differs: Bone on Tue & Fri, Xizor on Wed, Daphne on Thu, Lawrence on Sat, and Void Monarch · Athazon on Sun. In-game countdown warnings run 30/10/5/1 minutes before each spawn.

How much HP does a world boss have?

It is not a fixed number. HP is computed at spawn from the number of eligible players online, tuned so the whole server needs roughly 20 minutes to kill it. Each boss also has a 25–45 minute enrage threshold, after which it hits harder but takes +10% more damage per minute (up to 3×); there is no kill deadline.

Can I fight world bosses at a low level?

Yes. There is no level requirement; the boss level (Lv 150–350) only marks its strength tier. Each boss spawns with a short invulnerable grace window so late or still-loading players get a fair start, and any participation counts toward your contribution.

Do I need a party or sign-up?

No. If you are on the battlefield, you are in the fight, and players from every channel battle the same boss. Bringing guildmates or friends helps, but it is never required.

What do world bosses drop?

Every participant gets a chest with guaranteed silver, gold, world-boss tokens and that boss's soul shards, plus a 0.8% chance of world-boss equipment (any class, tradable once; server-wide supply cap of 1 piece per fight and 2–4 per week). Damage, healing and tanking leaderboards each add bonus chests (rank 1 +4, top 5 +2, top 10 +1), and 3–5 successful kills per boss let you claim a guaranteed off-hand, ring or earring.

Can auto battle carry a world-boss fight?

Not on its own. AoE pressure, status effects and HP-phase mechanics are dense, so manual positioning and skill timing directly affect survival and contribution. Use auto battle as a helper, not the pilot.
